New Job

So it begins again. New job, new town, new house... I am lucky to have the same boyfriend this time though. I don't know what I would do without him; I definitely would not be where I am now.

The new job is very cool. I am now a system administrator for a small IT department in a smallish Non-Profit organization. I am looking forward to spending a couple of years or more with them; really giving myself a chance to sink into the IT world and learn a lot. They will even help with my certifications and schooling, which I am looking forward to.

The new town is awesome. I love living here so far. Colder then I am used to, but so far that is not hindering anything. Everyone is super nice and friendly, which is a nice change from some of the old places I have lived.

The new house is nice in a lot of ways, but it does have little quirks. The sewer line backed up this morning... turned out the roots grow into it and it needs to be cleaned out every year. We just got lucky I guess... there are other things that make me happy we are renting and didn't buy it, but I know that even with a bought house there will always be things that come up.

I know it has been a long time since I wrote here... but I have moved and moved and moved... now that I am a little more settled, I will try to send more notes.
